The stairs go down to level -1 (pleasantly cool in summer) where there is one bedroom, bathroom, living room and exit to a lush garden with 500-year-old olive trees. The street where the house is located is moderately busy. During the day, there is local traffic. It's quiet in the evening. The terrace and garden are in the back of the house. The house is surrounded by neighboring properties, but no one lives there. From the terrace you can see the neighboring buildings (only from the sides).
