The spacious open-plan living room is the heart of the apartment, offering a bright and relaxing atmosphere with a comfortable sofa and tasteful décor, ideal for unwinding or spending time with family and friends. All on one level, the apartment features three comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with twin beds, perfect for families or groups. A shared bathroom with a shower ensures practicality and comfort throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly with the living area, creating a functional and cozy space to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. Outside, two shared terraces complement the experience. The lower terrace offers a dining area and lounge space, ideal for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation. The upper terrace boasts a beautiful sea view, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets with a drink in hand. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
