Our house on Caen's doorstep

The house is located in a quiet area in a village close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, coffee, florist, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy, supermarket, Super U...). It has been recently renovated and continues to be renovated over time. Our garden is not finished yet but in summer you will find plenty to taste: strawberries, rhubarb, blettes... Under greenhouse, tomatoes, zucchini and peppers are available for a little watering. A small detail, our house is occupied by our cat, Lemon. He's a part of the family! He is an old man who remains curious and who will naturally come to you as soon as he has acclimatized to your presence. He asks for some kibble, a little water, respect and kindness. Guest access Access from the A13 motorway is very simple and buses to Caen are regular (stop 800 m away). Bike paths are being developed around Caen and in particular in Démouville, so you can get to the city, as well as to the beach by bike via the greenway.
