Our house on Caen's doorstep

The house is located in a quiet area in a village close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, coffee, florist, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy, supermarket, Super U...). It has been recently renovated and continues to be renovated over time. The space Renovated house with great features and two terraces, facing south and west, on the outskirts of Caen in a quiet area. Our house, which is our main residence, includes: Ground floor: => 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) => 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm) => A large living/dining room => An open-plan kitchen with all the necessary equipment => Shower room with double sink => Toilet UPSTAIRS: => 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 cm) => Bathroom with shower, bathtub and sink => Toilet Amenities: => Wi-Fi => Parking spaces (2 cars) => TV => Bed linens => Heating/wood-burning stove => BBQ grill => Essentials in the kitchen but also in the bathrooms Please note that charging electric vehicles using the electrical outlets in the house is prohibited. It is not equipped with a dedicated vehicle charging system. Our garden is not yet finished, but in summer, you'll find plenty of things to enjoy there: strawberries, rhubarb, chard... In the greenhouse, tomatoes, zucchini and peppers are available if you water them a little. A small quirk: our home is occupied by our cat, Lemon. He's part of the family! He's an old boy who's still curious and will naturally come to you as soon as he's gotten used to your presence. He needs a few pieces of kibble, a little water, respect, and kindness. Guest access Access from the A13 motorway is very simple and buses to Caen are regular (stop 800 m away). Bike paths are being developed around Caen and in particular in Démouville, so you can get to the city, as well as to the beach by bike via the greenway. Other things to note Please note that charging electric vehicles using the electrical outlets in the house is prohibited. The house is not equipped with a system dedicated to charging vehicles. Our house is occupied by our cat, Lemon. He's part of the family! He's an old, curious guy who will naturally come to you as soon as he gets used to your presence. He needs some kibble, a little water, respect and kindness.
