As you walk upstairs and into the main living space you are greeted with breathtaking views of Lepe Beach. The panelled living room features a working log burner and smart TV as well as a comfortable three seater sofa, cosy arm chair and a collection of boardgames, puzzles and books. The star of the show at The Watch House has to be the wrap around padded window seat. Situated at the front of the property, overhanging the sea at high tide, the window seat offers the perfect place to sit and relax as you watch the ever changing views over the sea across to the Isle of Wight. The retreat also includes a fully functioning kitchen-diner, with an oven, set of 4 hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, Smeg fridge-freezer and integrated dishwasher. Other things to note Due to the property's beachfront location, access may be challenging for individuals with mobility concerns and could require assistance. Please note that there is a set of approximately 15–20 uneven steps leading from the private car park down to the beach.
