My space is in front of the São Paulo Expo. Close to Congonhas Airport. Easy access to multiple locations (800 meters from Jabaquara Metro, Bus Station and Jabaquara Bus Station). NOTES: 1) A water outage may occur from 7 p.m. until the following morning (water and electric crisis). 2) Bring your own towels. The space The room is in an annex to the house with an entrance through the laundry room. It has a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, TV with open channels. The bathroom is downstairs, has a hot shower and toilet. There is no sink. Guest access Access to SP Expo (150m) can be done on foot, as it is very close. To get around the city, there is transportation by app, subway and bus near the residence. During your stay Hosts live on-site and will be available to help guests during their stay. Other things to note The bathroom is very small and has only a toilet and shower. We have two dogs in the yard who may bark at any time. During the period of events at the São Paulo Expo, the street is very busy. Shops close between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Try to have your evening meal before returning to the accommodation. A lack/decrease of water may occur between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the next day. On stormy days, power outages may occur.
