I call my home SeaVilla because it has an ocean-themed decor. This listing is for 1 bedroom with a full bath. I also have 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms available in other listings and some listings offer living & dining space. The queen bed is adjustable (you can raise the head and foot to suit your comfort) and has massage features. In central Denver, close to the Nature & Science Museum, Zoo, National Western Complex, Downtown, Botanic Garden, Cherry Creek, City Park, golf course, and hospitals. The space This listing offers a bedroom and bathroom. There is no additional living space offered in this listing. I do have other versions of my place with more features and more living space. If you want additional living space such as a kitchenette, family room and breakfast room, please check out my other listings. SeaVilla is on the basement level of my home. It has 9-foot ceilings and many windows with natural light. The small backyard has a cement sidewalk and patio. The sidewalk and stairs have a snow-melting system to keep them clear of snow in the winter. My Airbnb is in a space that was remodeled and finished in 2024. It has a private entrance. The yard is currently an area of dirt and some natural ground cover. I will be planting a lawn in the spring of 2026. SeaVilla is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes and large trees. It's an easy walk to the Denver Nature and Science Museum two blocks away. City Park, the largest park in Denver, is also two blocks from my home. That park has thousands of trees, lakes, ponds, free concerts in the summer, and weekend farmers markets in the late spring through fall. The Denver Zoo is within walking distance and is about six blocks from SeaVilla. Restaurants and grocery stores are a few blocks from my home. Several churches are nearby, and a public library is three blocks away. Carla Madison Recreation Center is 1.6 miles away and has an indoor pool, exercise equipment, and an indoor track. National Jewish Health is seven blocks away, Rose Medical Center is 1.4 miles away, and Saint Joseph Hospital is two miles away. Public transit is nearby. A bus stop is about two blocks from my home. The bus can take you to a train station about two miles away that connects to the airport, downtown, or the suburbs. Guest access There is an exterior staircase that takes you to the basement-level entrance of my home. Your space is private (I live on the floors above the basement). The entrance door has a smart lock and you will be given an access code to unlock the door. You can park in my driveway by the one-car garage while loading or unloading your vehicle. There is plenty of free parking on the street. Early check-in or late check-outs may be available for an additional fee. Luggage dropoff or storage may be available for an additional fee. If interested in these services, please ask for details. During your stay I live on the floors above, and I am usually available if you need something. I sometimes meet guests when they arrive and show them some features or explain a few things. For most of your stay, you won't hear from me unless you request that or if something important comes up. I know a lot about the city and am happy to offer suggestions of what there is to see and do in Denver. Other things to note A folding table and chair can be added to any bedroom when requested by the guest. I sometimes offer other configurations of my place with different numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. Some configurations also offer a King bed and living space (Family Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Steam Shower, and Air Tub) and additional bedrooms. I only rent the place to one group at a time, so when one configuration is rented, the other configurations become unavailable. The space you rent will be private to your group. The configuration with 4 bedrooms is available to reserve several months out. Configurations with fewer bedrooms are offered a few weeks out if the 4-bedroom configuration has not been reserved.
