The Laurette Mini-Villa with bikes available

Welcome to Laurette's "mini-villa" in Andernos les Bains in the heart of the Arcachon basin. It is a brand new T2, air-conditioned, independent of 30 m2, with a beautiful wooden terrace of 20 m2 . It is located at the front of our property, in a quiet area. The bike path is nearby, it will take you directly to Betey beach (1 km) as well as to the city center, the jetty (2 km) and the ocean (15 km) at the gates of Cap Ferret. The space You pass through the wooden terrace to arrive at a beautiful living room equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, Nespresso machine and all the necessary comforts up to the barbecue for grilling. A bedroom with a 140 bed and a very large storage closet, A bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and sink. All 3 rooms are very bright. I have everything you need for your first breakfast ( toast - butter- jam- Yogurt -Café -Thé) We provide two old "muscular" bikes for you to ride if you wish. Guest access You will access the mini villa through a gate shared with us . Then you will have a lockbox that will allow you to be fully autonomous on your arrival and departure. When we are not there, we will offer you to enjoy our mini pool to cool off. Other things to note Upon arrival, your bed will be made and you will have linen as well as coffee pods, tea and the minimum to make you feel at home: tea towel, basic ingredients, oil, vinegar, washing machine detergent, garbage bag... Also I will ask you to leave the apartment clean upon checkout . However, if you would like a complete cleaning service when you leave, I invite you to let me know when you arrive, we can set it up for 40 euros to be paid on site. Registration Details 330050008867C
