Please take a moment to review the following important details about your stay, including house rules, guest responsibilities, and helpful information. 1) House Rules & Guest Responsibilities By booking, you confirm that you, all guests in your group, and any visitors agree to follow the house rules. A violation of these rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Guest Verification & Security – Before your arrival, you’ll need to complete a guest verification process through our trusted third-party provider, Truvi. This helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations while ensuring the safety of our guests and property. A security deposit will be collected during this process. Truvi will reach out via email and/or text, so please complete the verification before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival. Exterior Security & Smart Locks – Our properties are equipped with exterior security cameras that monitor entry points and smart door locks. Please do not tamper with or disable them. No Parties or Unauthorized Gatherings – To respect our neighbors and other guests, parties, loud gatherings, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Our properties have noise monitoring devices (which measure decibel levels but do not record) to help maintain a peaceful environment. Respect for Others – Any communication or behavior that is aggressive, disruptive, or makes a Be Our Guest team member, other guests, or neighbors feel unsafe will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. 2) Plumbing & Drain Care – What NOT to Flush or Pour Down Drains To prevent plumbing issues, please do not flush or dispose of the following items in sinks, toilets, or drains: ✔ Cooking grease, food scraps, or coffee grounds ✔ Feminine hygiene products (tampons, pads, etc.) ✔ Baby wipes, wet wipes, or cleaning pads (even if labeled "flushable") ✔ Dental floss, cotton balls, or Q-tips ✔ Diapers, paper towels, or facial tissues ✔ Medication (please dispose of properly at a pharmacy) Guests may be responsible for repair costs if plumbing issues arise due to improper disposal. 3) Maintenance & Access While we strive to provide a smooth stay, time-sensitive maintenance or repairs may occasionally be necessary. When possible, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice before entering the property. 4) Additional Guest Considerations Trash Removal – Please dispose of trash in the designated bins inside of the rental. If you need assistance, let us know—we’re happy to help. Parking Information – A $10 administrative fee is charged to guests who request a parking pass. Specific parking instructions will be provided before your arrival. Please follow these guidelines and posted street signs to avoid towing or fines.
