Our charming beach house awaits you, ready to offer you unforgettable moments. Accommodating up to 4 guests, every corner of this home has been carefully designed to make you feel at home away from home. 🏠 Your Comfort, Our Priority Immerse yourself in a restful sleep with our two bright bedrooms, each with a cozy 140 bed and a private bathroom. You'll find soft linens, fluffy towels, bathmats and tea towels, all washed by a professional laundry to ensure your well-being. And to ensure optimal comfort in any season, each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning. 🌞 Warm Living Space: Our spacious living room, bathed in natural light thanks to a large skylight and bay windows, is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your favorite meals with everything you need at your fingertips: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all the essential utensils. 🌳 Paradise Garden: Outside, a real little piece of heaven awaits you. Enjoy our charming garden, where a comfortable bench, deckchairs, umbrella and barbecue promise you friendly evenings under the stars. And to refresh you after a day at the beach, a practical foot washer is at your disposal. 🏠 Authentic Atmosphere: Travertine and zellige, present throughout the house, give each room a warm and authentic atmosphere, transporting you to a world of softness and serenity. 🎁 Little Extras: To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer a welcome pack as well as a welcome kit for the bathroom and kitchen. And because we know your furry friends are part of the family, they are welcome upon request. Unfortunately, our accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Want to put your bags down for more than 30 nights? Good news, we welcome long stays! For long stays (more than 30 nights) and to guarantee impeccable accommodation after your departure, an end-of-stay cleaning fee of €150 applies. It covers thorough cleaning, equipment checks, and longer preparation of the accommodation for the next guests. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa and its private terrace. Other things to note The Village des Sables residence is a peaceful residence where respect for calm is paramount. In harmony with our neighbors, parties are not allowed in order to preserve the tranquility of the place. It's the perfect place for a serene retreat.
