Beautiful, peaceful, Lake adjacent property, steps from the water. Lake access without being right on the lake. Enjoy picturesque views from your lounge, kitchen, and porch. High end mattresses (Endy) provide a beautiful night's sleep. Plenty of backyard space for playing, entertaining, and outdoor dining. Alternatively, walk downtown and visit Fenelon Falls' shops, restaurants, Lock 34, the waterfall, or full lounge and play beach. Why not bring your boat, there's plenty of space on the drive! The space Less than fifty steps from the porch to the lake (shared access). You can easily carry your board, kayak, or floating flamingo to the water. The spacious backyard is perfect for games, or relaxing by the fire pit. It's only a ten to fifteen minute walk downtown (no need to find a parking spot), or to the beach. The recently renovated space is generously stocked with tools, utensils, and gadgets for the kitchen, and a library with books and games for adults and children. The interior of this space is thoughtfully decorated. Perfect for longer stays! Guest access The cottage is yours! From the front porch, to the back yard, and all of the rooms in between. Your hosts are off-site and will leave you to enjoy the space. Available to answer any questions and respond to requests. Other things to note Guests will be required to sign a Short Term Renters 'Code of Conduct' waiver (basically stating that renters will comply with city by-laws and be respectful of the property). The Bylaw number is 2023-111. This is a term of the license agreement, required of all Short- term rental property owners, by The City of Kawartha Lakes, since 2023. This waiver will be provided by your host at time of booking.
