Casa Maddalena, in the heart of Arco sul Garda Trentino, is located in a strategic place: quiet and close to all amenities, a stone's throw from the wonderful historic center of Arco and a few kilometers from Lake Garda. The apartment, sleeps 4 and is fully smart, equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, independent access and self check-in. Guests have access to a closed compartment for storing sports equipment, an uncovered private parking space and a garage. The space The apartment is equipped with 4 beds, including a double bed and two single beds and a fully equipped kitchen with every comfort: dishes and everything you need to cook, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge and freezer. The house has air conditioning in three areas, underfloor heating, independent access, a safe, private outdoor parking space in front of the entrance, a garage and a closed area for the storage of sports equipment connected to the apartment. Self check-in is via keypad. Keys are not provided. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' use, except for the wooden house in the garden, which is intended for storing equipment for the maintenance of the house and garden.
