Welcome to our cozy 1-room apartment located in the heart of Pärnu! Apartment is located on the basement floor and is perfect for up to 4 guests, ideal for a small family or a group of friends. The space Our little apartment has equipped kitchen featuring a stove, toaster, and freezer. Comfortable living area with a 49-inch TV and WiFi. Sleeping is possible on the queen-size bed or bunk bed. Apartment has row of closets to store your luggage and clothes. Host will provide clean bed linens and fresh towels. The apartment includes a separate shower and toilet for added convenience. The shower area also has a washing machine. Shopping centers are just a 5-minute walk away, and the beautiful beach is only a 15-minute stroll from the apartment. No need to worry about parking—free parking is available on the premises. Parking spot is not marked and free spots depend on other house residence. Guest access Guest have accesess to whole apartment. The apartment has an extra door that leads to the yoga studio next room but the door is locked during the visit. Other things to note We kindly ask guests to treat our apartment with respect and refrain from smoking indoors. Your cooperation helps maintain a pleasant environment for everyone to enjoy.
