Its quiet location and large terrace, from which you can enjoy an unforgettable view, will certainly fascinate you! Ideal both for those who want to stop to rest, read, and laze around, and for those who want to discover the beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Dei, the hinterland, and the museums. For all your trips, you will need to have a vehicle. The space It is a masonry cottage with exposed stone, about 35 square meters, very simple but equipped with everything you need, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free parking. Or almost everything. Please keep in mind that there is a refrigerator but there is no freezer. The house has recently been renovated, but some parts are still very rustic, such as the floors. We may fix them over time, but they are handmade terracotta and for now, we like them the way they are. Our cottage consists of a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a small bathroom. The large terrace and the garden for exclusive use are its beating heart. From here you can enjoy an incredible view! On the horizon, 2 active, often smoked volcanoes rise for truly unforgettable sunsets! Despite the extreme proximity to the sea, you will need a car or scooter to reach it. As the crow flies, the sea is 200 meters away, but it is about 3 km to reach the nearest beach. It is suitable for comfortably accommodating two people, but if you have a child, the sofa in the entrance can be converted into a single bed. The place is very isolated so we imagine it a perfect solution for adults but if you have kids you think you can appreciate, they are welcome. Wi-Fi is available for free and the signal is powerful, suitable for those who do smart working Guest access Access to the property is given by a large electric gate. Cars can be parked immediately on the left as you enter. To reach the house it is necessary to walk down a path, about 100 meters, rather uneven as it is paved in rough pieces of local stone. We like it very much because it is well integrated into the nature of the place but you will have to be careful when walking on it, it is quite uneven and becomes slippery when it rains Other things to note The tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person is payable on site. We provide sheets and towels when we arrive. If you want intermediate changes, they must be agreed in advance and will have a cost of 25 euros per double bed and towels and 15 euros per single bed and towels Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., but we try to accommodate guests whenever possible and if they give us plenty of advance notice. Water in Calabria is a precious asset and in the warmer months it can be scarce and the municipal water service can be suspended during the day.
