House - Damazan

This entirely new house (60 m²) is composed of an elegant and comfortable living room, a fully-equipped kitchen (toaster, Senseo coffee maker, microwave) and two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Baby equipment can be furnished on-demand. In the garden (140 m²), you'll find a BBQ, a table and chairs to relax and enjoy your stay. Bikes are at your disposal. The house is ideally situated in a small village and provides easy access on foot to different facilities (bakery, restaurants...) The space The house is composed of an entrance, a storeroom with a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and ironing board. The fully equipped kitchen leads to the living room in which you can find a television, some board games, books and a video game console. In the bathroom, you'll enjoy the walk-in shower and the heated towel rail. Outside, you'll be able to relax in the entirely enclosed garden, sharing a BBQ with your family or having a drink in the sunshine. You can park your car in the courtyard, in front of the house. Other things to note In the heart of Lot-et-Garonne, Damazan is a small bastide from where you can enjoy the green way, running along the canal de Garonne, for a bucolic walk or ride. At the lake, you can practice water sports such as wakeboard, swimming... Casteljaloux is not very far from here (20 minutes away by car) and offers many activities : thermal baths, lake, golf course, Center Parcs... You can also discover many beautiful villages such as Temple-sur-Lot (nautical base, Le Jardin des Nénuphars...), Lacépède (La Maison de la Noisette), the splendid medieval town of Nérac, the vineyards in Buzet-sur-Baïse (all between 5 to 20 minutes away from Damazan). The A62 motorway is accessible in 2 minutes only (junction n°6 Aiguillon), giving you the opportunity to get to Marmande or Agen (in less than 20 minutes) or Bordeaux and Toulouse (in approximately one hour). A renting agreement is to be signed for 2 nights or more stays.
