Located 900 meters from Poetto beach, and 500 meters from the entrance to the Molentargius natural park, an oasis of pink flamingos. In the living room with kitchenette there is a wine cellar with double temperature, lower for whites and champagne, higher for reds. Thermally acclimatized and equipped with solar panels. Fridge, freezer, oven with built-in microwave oven, but you have to remove the metal tray to use the microwave, dishwasher and induction hob in the peninsula bar with built-in suction. The rooms are a double room with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom; the other is a French double room with a 145cm bed and a separate bathroom. In the outside part there are two relaxation areas, one with a sofa near the plants and one with a 4-seater table and a solar tile to make an aperitif at sunset, near the gas BBQ. There is an outdoor shower to shower outdoors with hot water. There is a fire extinguisher in the apartment. Guest access The house is given in its entirety, access is through an armored door equipped with a motorized lock. For pedestrian gates, there is a box in the outer fence near the mailboxes. Other things to note The plant watering system is automatic, the sun blind is automatic but there is a remote control to decide on the opening, even manually. The house has home automation that can be controlled in Italian with Alexa: e.g. Alexa turn on the table The last button on the bottom right of the entrance closes all the shutters.
