Last minute notification or bringing extra guests, whether they stay or not, will result in an extra guest fee of $200 per guest per stay. (1st time: message or phone call warning. You will have 30 minutes to contact me and handle it. 2nd time: we will issue the extra guest fee and call the police.) Unapproved commercial photo shoots and videos are strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty fee of $2000 per day. ➋ NO OUTDOOR SHOES. ➌ The house does not provide personal essentials: slippers, hand towels (medium), toothpaste, toothbrushes. Please do not forget to bring them. ➍ Please maintain the house in a clean and good condition. ➎ Check-out later than 2 hours (after 12pm) will be charged the next day's full rental fee without permission to stay at the property. ➏ Each stay, we provide: - 2 regular garbage bags, 1 large clear garbage bag for recycling, and 1 large black garbage bag. - 3 Swiffer sweeper dry pads. - Dishwasher detergent pods, kitchen towels, and toilet paper are provided in limited quantities. - 8 bath towels, 2 hand towels.
