The Ainslie House

Welcome to The Ainslie House in Charlevoix! Originally built between 1916 and 1917 this house is currently being completely renovated. Beach access to Lake Michigan only a few blocks away. Just minutes away from the boutique shops, amazing restaurants and some fudge in downtown Charlevoix. All of downtown is within walking distance. We do not currently hold our short term rental license yet and therefore rentals must be for a minimum of 29 days. The space The Ainslie House has been completely remodeled in 2024. It has 5 bedrooms total with 1 on the main floor and 4 upstairs. Laundry is located on the main floor. The bedrooms upstairs have 2 Jack and Jill bathrooms that connect the two rooms towards the front of the house and the two rooms in the back of the house. There is a large dining space inside as well as the ability to dine outside on the back deck. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor and second floor. Access to the basement is open however it is only for emergencies to access HVAC and plumbing. There are a couple of owners closets that are to remain locked as well.
