The home offers all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Located near El Dorado Park, it’s in a family-friendly neighborhood known for being safe. While the house reflects the charm of an earlier era, it provides everything you need to feel at home during your visit, making it a great spot for those seeking both convenience and comfort. To help us stay energy-efficient: 1. Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the house and upon check-out. 2. Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running to prevent excessive energy use. 3. Your stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 10 kWh per bedroom. To help stay within this limit, kindly keep bedroom doors closed when using air conditioning If your consumption exceeds the included kWh, an additional charge of $0.50 per extra kWh will apply. To ensure complete transparency, we will take a photograph of the energy meter on both your arrival and departure days. This allows us to accurately calculate your total electricity usage during your stay. Guest access The entire property is only for guests; it provides 2 parking spaces inside the property for small and medium-sized cars. Other things to note This is a family-oriented neighborhood, so parties and other activities that may disturb the neighbors are forbidden. • All bedrooms have A/C, but the availability of bedrooms depends on the number of guests. • There is no hot water available. • Please note that there may be some stains on the floor due to the house's age; however, this should not be a concern. Room Policy: • For a 1-guest reservation, one room will be open. • For a 3-guest reservation, two rooms will be open. • For a 4-guest reservation, all three rooms will be open.
