Other things to note This is a family-oriented neighborhood, so parties and other activities that may disturb the neighbors are forbidden. • All bedrooms have A/C, but the availability of bedrooms depends on the number of guests. • There is no hot water available. • Please note that there may be some stains on the floor due to the house's age; however, this should not be a concern. Room Policy: • For a 1-guest reservation, one room will be open. • For a 3-guest reservation, two rooms will be open. • For a 4-guest reservation, all three rooms will be open. • Trash day is Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
