This basic 3-bedroom house, built in 1970, is in the heart of Managua, just a short distance from El Dorado Park. While it may not be modern, it offers all the comfort you need for a happy stay in the city. Our spacious home is located in a family-oriented neighborhood, known for being one of the safest areas in Managua. Though not modern, the home offers all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Located near El Dorado Park, it’s in a family-friendly neighborhood known for being safe. While the house reflects the charm of an earlier era, it provides everything you need to feel at home during your visit, making it a great spot for those seeking both convenience and comfort. Within 5-minute drive: - Metrocentro Mall: Shops, restaurants, entertainment. - Roberto Huembes Market: Local goods and crafts. - Manolo Morales Hospital: Public healthcare facility. - Maxi Pali Supermarket: Quick shopping spot. - National Stadium: Main baseball stadium. Other things to note This is a family-oriented neighborhood, so parties and other activities that may disturb the neighbors are forbidden. • All bedrooms have A/C, but the availability of bedrooms depends on the number of guests. • There is no hot water available. • Please note that there may be some stains on the floor due to the house's age; however, this should not be a concern. Room Policy: • For a 1-guest reservation, one room will be open. • For a 3-guest reservation, two rooms will be open. • For a 4-guest reservation, all three rooms will be open. • Trash day is Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
