Our home is on a quiet and heavenly stream, it has a wood-burning salamander in the living room area, it also has hot and cold air conditioning. A beautiful balcony overlooking the park where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air and peace of the place. The loft-style bedroom on the first floor for three people has a double bed and a single bed, hot and cold air conditioning, a vintage wardrobe to store your belongings, a library and a computer area. The space We have a private dock where you can fish or just relax by the water. It has a large living room with a Smart TV, Netflix. The shower is shared, but not the toilets. There are pets on the property. Eventually there are children, family or friends on weekends. Guest access The house is built on stilts, has a large garden, a balcony that is accessed from the dining room overlooking the park. In summer you can swim and fish in the nearby stream or rivers. We offer insurance for river flooding, in case you can't arrive on the day booked due to a strong southeast storm, we'll change the date. We do not do it for rain or power outages. During your stay Both Vladimir and I will be present during your stay in the house since it is our place of residence and to be able to provide you with the assistance you need to make your stay more comfortable.
