Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Nestled in a quiet street, with close access to local amenities, public transport and beautiful walking trails. The styling of this space has been thought through, to feel like you’re coming home. The space Golden Grove Village Shopping Centre and all main amenities - 7min drive. Saints Foodland, takeaway, restaurant and Anytime Fitness - 4min drive. Bus stops to City, Golden Grove, Elizabeth, Salisbury and TTP, are each within a 4-15min walk. Within walking distance, you will also find Carisbrooke Park, Treeclimb, river walking trails, multiple playgrounds, Cobbler Creek mountain bike trails, Old Spot Hotel, a dog park and the Farmers Market on Saturdays at the Old Spot Hotel 8am-1pm. The home is equipped for comfort, to ensure you have most of your needs met during your stay. The home has ducted gas heating throughout, including in the bathroom. There is evaporative ducted cooling throughout, to stay cool through the warmer months. All water is ran through a filtration system. All bedrooms have external roller shutters. These are brilliant for those that love to have a darker room to sleep in. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. There are 2 toilets. In the main living/dining room, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, cushions and a dining table. The wall mounted smart TV comes with Netflix subscription available for your use. You are also welcome to log into any of your own subscription services, with full access to unlimited internet WiFi. Bedroom 1 has a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers, for clothes storage. There is a small desk and chair in this room for study or business purposes. I’ve left a selection of books to read in bedroom 1, as well as some others throughout the home. You are welcome to read any that are available. Please just return to their place after use. Bedroom 2 has a king single bed and loads of kids books. There is a chest of drawers in this room for clothes storage. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a small clothes storage hanger. There is a full size work desk in this room for study or business. The kitchen is fully functional with access to kettle, toaster, oven and stove. You will find all necessary cooking utensils and accessories stored here. The laundry houses a front loader washing machine and a heat pump dryer. In the front cupboard, I have left items for your use, including a porta cot, high chair, game boards, clothes airer and some toys. The backyard is a full sized yard with mature trees and a lawn. There is a children’s cubby house too. A full sized entertainment area is available for eating and relaxing outdoors, away from the elements. You have access to the electric roller door and carport to safely park your car away. Pets are welcome upon approval. Guest access The entire space is available for your use, excluding the linen cupboard and shed.
