The space Just a 10-minute scooter or Gojek ride from Batu Bolong, Canggu's vibrant hub of beach clubs, restaurants, and trendy cafes, and only 5 minutes to Pererernan, the newly opened Obsidian gym 2 and lots of cafes. This villa is one of four on Raya Uma Buluh, spread across two levels and designed with modern, stylish furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen features a double gas stove, fridge/freezer, water filter, and essential appliances such as a rice cooker, air fryer, blender, and toaster. The villa is fitted with ceiling fans and Daikon air conditioning, surrounded by modern decor, and includes a plunge pool with fairy lights for a cozy ambiance. Throughout the villa, pelmet lighting adds a sophisticated touch, while the newly installed showers offer filtered water. The lounge area includes a 65" Sony Bravia smart TV and a double sofa bed for additional sleeping options. Both the twin room and the king bedroom come with ensuite showers, LG smart TVs, and Alexa speakers for added entertainment. Regular cleaning is provided by two staff members, and two security staff alternate every evening to ensure peace of mind. Guest access Guests have full access to the villa, spanning nearly 100 sqm across two levels, featuring a plunge pool and a front porch. Free parking is also available near the security post. Other things to note We are delighted to welcome you to our villa, a serene retreat where you can experience the best of Bali’s charm. To ensure your stay is both enjoyable and secure, we’ve put a few measures in place and ask for your understanding of some local nuances. Safety & Security For everyone’s safety, discreetly placed CCTV cameras monitor the property’s entrances around the clock. Our friendly cleaning staff are available from 8 AM to 4 PM to assist with maintaining the villa, while security guards ensure your peace of mind from 4 PM to 8 AM. House Rules We kindly ask all guests to respect these house rules to maintain a harmonious environment: Shoes: Please remove shoes indoors to keep the villa clean and comfortable. Loss or Damage: Guests are responsible for any loss or damage during their stay. Please report issues immediately. Repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit if necessary. Parties: To maintain the villa’s serene atmosphere, parties are not permitted. Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of 1 million Rp per cigarette applies if this rule is violated. Pets: No pets allowed. Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM to respect our neighbours. Bedrooms: To maintain cleanliness, avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Energy Saving: Turn off fans and AC, and lock all doors when leaving the villa. Keys: Handle keys carefully. A replacement fee applies for lost keys. Other Important Information Electricity Usage: For long-term stays, we provide an electricity allowance of 1 million Rp per month. Additional usage must be settled in cash. Housekeeping: Regular housekeeping does not include dishwashing. Dishwashing service is available for 50,000 Rp/day, payable directly to the staff. Dehumidifiers: Please empty the dehumidifier daily for optimal use. Owner’s Items: Certain items are securely stored in locked drawers. Please respect these areas. Local Environment Our villa is located in the lively and developing area of Canggu, which adds to its charm but also comes with some unique characteristics: Power Outages: Bali’s tropical climate and infrastructure occasionally result in power outages. To minimize inconvenience, a backup generator is installed. Construction Noise: As part of a growing community, you may occasionally hear nearby construction during the day. Neighbourhood Sounds: Across the road, local dogs contribute to the street’s security and may bark in the evenings. Roof Visitors: Occasionally, you may hear small critters on the roof. Please rest assured they cannot enter the house, and our team will promptly address any concerns. Check-In & Long-Term Stay Policy Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 10 AM For stays longer than two weeks, a security deposit of IDR 5,000,000 is required and must be paid in cash or via bank transfer. Guests will also sign a rental agreement upon arrival.
