During your stay, you'll enjoy a restful sleep in the master bedroom's king-size memory foam gel-infused bed, complete with blackout curtains for a perfect night's sleep. For a relaxing experience, take the hammock from the master bedroom and hang it on the porch or enjoy your morning tea while listening to the birds and monkeys from the patio breakfast table. The open-concept living area is designed for comfort and convenience. The living room features ~20ft high ceilings and a couch that converts into a Wyoming king-size bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests. Additional bedding supplies can be found in the closet. You'll find a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils to prepare your meals. For your peace of mind, there's a safe available for your valuables. Modern amenities, such as a smart lock system and an electric gate, ensure a secure and hassle-free experience. Make yourself at home, don’t burn the house down, and enjoy everything this tranquil and vibrant town has to offer. Guest access The property is securely situated behind an electric gate, providing you with the utmost privacy and peace of mind. Prior to your arrival, we will send you the gate code and the main door smart lock code, ensuring you can check in at your convenience anytime after the designated time. No need to coordinate with anyone—just arrive and settle in. Once you enter the gate, you’ll have access to the entire property, which includes three buildings: the main house, a two-car garage, and the laundry casita. You and your guests will enjoy exclusive access to all three. No other guests will be on the property during your stay, ensuring a private and uninterrupted experience. For your convenience, additional keys to the property are located in the master bedroom. Other things to note For additional cost: * Local tours such as horseback riding, kayaking, and standup paddle boarding in Nuevo Arenal are available. * Local private Chef is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
