The space is located on the 2nd floor. The building has NO ELEVATOR and climbing up the stairs is the only way up. The restroom has 2.32 sqm area. It is small but well packed with shower water heater, soft close toilet lids, stainless bidet, stainless shower head, shampoo, body wash, mirror, lavatory, rod and curtain for shower. IMPORTANT NOTE: The building is 8 meters away from the barangay road. This is good because it is easy to find and park, BUT.... you will hear different kinds of sounds mostly during the daytime. Small trucks, cars, vans, tuktuk, tricycle, jeepneys, etc. THE SURROUNDINGS IS BLAND!!! What you will see through.... + the kitchen window: couple of houses nearby, medium height business building under renovation. +NE window: perimeter wall and old buildings beyond the wall. + Front glass door and glass wall: trees, old cars parked, barangay road, some small businesses. Guest access Guest can freely use everything inside the apartment and the free parking provided. Use the stairs to the second floor going into the apartment. Other things to note Street vehicle noises and dogs around the area ARE PRESENT. Please do not book this listing if you are sensitive to any noise. The place is in a tropical zone, thus, insects may be seen that enter through the opened windows (bathroom, side glass walls) like roaches, spiders, ants, etc., please do not forget to close these windows when using the AC. If in case you see bugs, please do not panic. Use the anti-bug spray provided to neutralize them. Standard check-in time is 3pm and checkout is 11am. We can accommodate early check in or late checkout out only when it is available. 100php per early or late hours will apply. You may store your bags in a luggage service shop at the ICM mall when needed. The glass walls along the hallway are TINTED. When curtains are opened, people can hardly see you inside during the daytime, BUT people CAN SEE YOU inside at night specially when the inside lights are on. So please spread those curtains real good all the time after sunset. This apartment is FAR from Alona beach or any beach in Panglao Island. Renting a Scooter is highly recommended. There is NOTHING INTERESTING outside the building. Surrounding is BLAND!!! and pretty much dead at night! There is NO ELEVATOR. We do not have someone to help you carry your luggage going up. The trike or van driver is the best person who can help you carry things going up. Tipping him is not required but highly recommended. Please use your own Netflix account. There is no local Cable channels.
