We invite you to enjoy our house in La Paloma: its elevated deck under the front eaves, the spacious areas on the ground floor, the tranquility, suitable for 6 people with 2 bathrooms. Located 2 short blocks from La Balconada beach 🏄‍♀️🇺🇾😍 and 5 from downtown, you can see the sea from the top floor, all amenities available a few blocks away. Solid and comfortable, it rises from the ground to take advantage of the summer breeze and the afternoon sun The back is fenced. Safe and functional. The space It has been our summer house since 1999. We designed it with privacy in mind, separated from neighbors and with a good distance to the street and a dominant position over it. It is solid: built with bricks and concrete, simple and easy to clean, very bright (and with blackout curtains to sleep) with good ventilation, thermally comfortable. It is elevated from the ground and has two floors. On the ground floor, there is an integrated kitchen and dining room, a living room with a wood-burning stove on an uneven surface, social bathrooms, and a covered deck in front. At the back, next to the grill, there is a washing machine, a laundry sink, and an outdoor shower. Upstairs, there is an intimate hall with an auxiliary bed, a front terrace, and access to a bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed with ocean views. The secondary bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed from where you can see the lighthouse. Guest access Total control of the property and the contents thereof. Other things to note As it is close to downtown, there are a variety of restaurants and services nearby. We have bikes, lounge chairs, and an umbrella that you can use. The house is delivered clean, respecting the cleaning protocol established by AIRBNB, covering all surfaces, door knobs, light switches, etc.
