NO pets are permitted NO smoking or Vaping NO parties There are 2 parking spots and your own transportation is required. You will be given a code for the front door through your Airbnb booking. We welcome you to our apartment on the ground floor of our home. We live upstairs. So you may hear footsteps or our playful dog. We have ample parking. (If you are unable to walk to the house you are permitted to open gate and drive back to unload) It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. (Bedding supplied) There are TV’s in each of those rooms with many channel options. There is High speed internet gig speed. You’ll need to turn on WiFi calling before coming due to the metal building. There is a luggage cart in the apartment to help get your bags to the house if you need it. There is a back patio if you enjoy sitting outside that has a gas grill for you to use with propane provided. We enjoy being outside so you may see us hanging out on one of many patios.. We have a German Shepherd you’ll be sure to see her hanging out with us. Whether your a traveling nurse, in town for a meeting, visiting the beach or attending a game at De Turf Sports Complex, we are close to it all. I’m easily accessible so if you have a need..I’ll do my best to accommodate. We live in a quite neighborhood nestled on 4 acres. So you’ll experience a quite country setting yet close to everything. You’ll need your own transportation The main attraction to the southern end of Delaware are the beaches! We are just off the main highway that is route 1 & 113 to the beaches. If you are visiting the during the months of May-August the traffic is heavy at times. Have patients it’s worth the ride.
