Location: Next to Unileste; Close to major highways such as SP 308 (Rio das Pedras) and SP 304 (Americana) Close to supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, hospitals. 15 minutes from the center of Piracicaba. 20 minutes from Rua do Porto 15 minutes from Shopping Piracicaba The space • The apartment is located in a super well-located gated community with a great neighborhood and with a doorman from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon. It has a swimming pool, playground for children. • Our space has rooms very well used and equipped with everything you need. It has 60 square meters and has: - Electronic lock; - Master bedroom: Double bed with duvet, pillows and new sheets, fan, wardrobe with hangers, mute servants. - Secondary room: Sofa bed (can be converted to bed depending on the number of guests) also equipped with pillows, sheets and duvet, wardrobe with hanger, desk with home office chair, laundry vaporizer, fan, dressing room, crib Moses complete with baby wheels. - Bathroom: Hot and cold shower, soap, bath towels and face, shampoo(courtesy), conditioner, toilet paper, hair dryer, hair iron. - Kitchen: water filter, utensils such as: cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, coffee cups, dessert bowls, baking trays, pizza cutter, meat cutting board, silicone kitchen utensils, toaster, toaster, coffeemaker, air fryer, blender, electric pressure cooker; spices with some basic seasonings, coffee powder (courtesy), refrigerator, microwave, stove, debugger, dish drainer, dishwasher, detergent(courtesy), small table for quick meals; - Laundry: Washing machine (clothesline available to put your clothes on the balcony), liquid soap (courtesy), vacuum cleaner. - Sala: with large retractable and reclining large sofa, cushions, dining table, 58-inch SmartTV, 500MB Vivo Fiber Wi-Fi *. Balada: It has 2 chairs and mini reed table to relax. - The apartment has furniture planned in all rooms and great lighting with beautiful lamps and spots; - It also has a covered numbered parking space included in the accommodation. Note: Mattress and pillows are protected by waterproof protectors and bed and bath linens are changed to each guest. Attention: Complimentary offer of towels and bed linen, including also a change that is inside the closets. However, for fortnightly, monthly or long-term stays if additional items are required, the amount will be charged separately. *The internet is a third-party service and we are not responsible for any/possible failures caused by it. In case they encounter any problems, it is necessary to contact the host for a technical visit request with the service provider. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the apartment, as well as the common areas of the condominium, except the ballroom. Other things to note Some important rules. Please read carefully before closing the reservation: - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the common areas of the condominium; - Events and parties are not allowed; - Animals are not allowed; - is not allowed to receive visitors; - It is not allowed to walk without a shirt in the common areas of the condominium; - Kindness to follow the other rules of the condominium, as stated in the door of the apartment. To register the guest in the condominium, the profile photo of the person (facial registration), ID and CPF and if they have a vehicle, the vehicle details are requested. Note: It is possible to register children from the age of 12. We ask that you arrive before 6 p.m. to pick up the keys.
