The space Our apartment is a warm cocoon full of charm, in the city center, close to the train station and the historic center of Saint-Brieuc. 5-minute walk to the train station and close to all public transport. The cinema is a 5-minute walk, the market, shops and restaurants of the city center are 10 minutes away. The first beach is a 10-minute drive away. It is on the 1st floor (no elevator) of our small family building. The cozy apartment consists of a well-equipped independent kitchen, a very bright living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a desk, a shower room and toilet. You have shared access to our pretty courtyard surrounded by stone walls, with garden furniture and plants everywhere. On the practical side, fiber, Wi-Fi and a small desk will allow you to telework if necessary. Connected TV (with Amazon Prime and Netflix) and lots of books, comics and board games to relax. Saint Brieuc is conveniently located if you want to explore the northern part of Brittany. We are 40 minutes from Dinan, Erquy, Paimpol and the island of Bréhat, 50 minutes from the Pink Granite coast, 1 hour from Saint Malo or Saint Jacut de la Mer, 1 hour 20 minutes from Roscoff and the island of Batz... Less than 100 meters away, free parking spaces will allow you to park your car for the duration of your stay.
