The space This stunning, beautifully decorated home offers a heated training pool, private cinema; large jacuzzi and so much more to entertain all ages. Situated right on the blue flag Robberg beach which stretches a distance of 5,5km's, it's close to many beautiful walks and hikes, quick to get into town and conveniently close to many of the lovely restaurants and tourist attractions that Plett has to offer. The views from the front deck overlooking the ocean, are spectacular and you can find yourself watching dolphins and whales for hours while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying sundowners in the evening. The main house is on two levels. Top floor: 3 Bedrooms off the entrance hall. 1 Large suite with a King size extra length bed. Bathroom has a bath and shower. A lounge TV area with a wood burning moral fireplace. 2 Queen size extra length bedrooms en-suite with a bath and shower. Ground floor: 4 bedrooms: 1 Large suite with a King size extra length bed Bathroom has a bath and shower. A lounge/Tv area with a wood burning morso fireplace. 1 King extra length and extra width bedroom The bed is made up of two 3/4 size mattresses which can be made into separate beds if required, en-suite with a bath and shower. 1 Queen size extra length bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. 1 Bunk Room with two custom made bunk beds (4 beds) with 3/4 size extra length mattresses and a TV with large Bean Bags for seating. All the linen is high quality pure cotton with down duvets and pillow inners. Ground Floor: Gym/sauna room with a spinning bike and yoga equipment. A separate toilet and basin plus a large double shower. Guest bathroom. Piano room. Sunny reading room which flows through to the main entertainment area. This creates a fantastic area in which to entertain. The front deck has lovely large comfortable couches, a swing bed for two and a swing, which both adults and kids love! The Main lounge has a large morso wood burning fireplace and TV with Netflix and full Dstv bouquet. Large 12 seater dining room table. The basement entertainment area has a second TV lounge, a pool table; poker table; wine tasting room and a 12 seater cinema. Main en-suite bedroom with it's own lounge and TV area, has a stunning view over the sea and the Robberg peninsula. There's a large dressing room and bathroom with a separate toilet and bidet, floating jacuzzi bath and large shower. Additional entertainment for kids: A climbing wall with ropes, harnesses and a safety matt. Trampoline. Books for all ages and games and puzzles are provided. Beach equipment, boogie boards surf boards and wave skimmers are also there to enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house apart from the owners private office and the garages which are locked. The Piano is available on request if a guest is a pianist and wishes to play. Other things to note There is a full library for your enjoyment as well as books in each room. Games and puzzles available and plenty of beach equipment including umbrellas, boogie boards, wave skimmers, beach chairs, beach blankets and cooler boxes. Beach towels are also provided. A house manual will be provided on your arrival with details on all equipment and household amenities.
