The space Surf Beach is known for its regular visits by DOLPHINS, its safe patrolled sandy beach during summer, and rocky outcrops at either end. It is located between Denhams Beach and Wimbie Beach. Your holiday spot is 7 kms south of Batemans Bay, with tourist attractions, shops, and parks in close proximity. Batemans Bay is 3-4 hours drive south of Sydney and approx 2 hours drive east of Canberra or Goulburn. All you need to do to enjoy your holiday is to arrive and kick off your shoes. Watch the varied wildlife - such as kangaroos, stingrays, pelicans, seals, dolphins, whales, goannas, or even echidnas - on nearby beaches or on bush-walking trails. Try tasting oyster-farm oysters on the river, catch a cruise up the Clyde River, try your hand at fishing off the beach, relax with an on-site massage, visit weekend foody and craft markets at Moruya and/or the Bay, visit local art galleries, play golf, go jet-skiing, visit the Mogo zoo and arty shopping precinct, go bike riding on the Mogo Mountain Bike Trail, go horse-riding in the bush, watch your kids at the skateboard park, or catch a movie at the town cinema.
