Our beautiful home is in a quiet area just 5 minutes from Guardamar del Segura and 30 mins from Alicante Airport. The cleanest and most peaceful beach in the area is just 10 minutes' walk along pedestrian footpaths and beautiful pine covered board walks through the sand dunes (scooter/wheelchair accessible). The back patio leads directly to lovely enclosed communal gardens with adult and child swimming pools and is surrounded by grass. El Bosque Animado restaurant is just 15 mins walk away. The space Very comfortable and deceptively large inside, our home is set in a beautifully quiet area just outside Guardamar town, next to the fields. It is just 10 minutes walk along a wooden walkway, through lovely pine forest to one of the best beaches on the Mediterranean. Just 5 minutes outside of Guardamar, with a host of good restaurants, supermarkets and the amazing Reina Sofia park with peacocks, turtles and play areas. Just across the road from there is a sports area with tennis, paddle, football, basketball and mini gym and 5 minutes walk from there the beach! Sota Vento cafe/restuarant opposite Park Reina Sofia, is a great place to have a coffee, cocktail or a meal right next to Dunas de Guardamar. At the top of Park Reina Sofia, the street is pedestrianised, with lots of cafes and restuarants, play areas and a relaxing vibe. The house is fully modernised with 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 7 people across 3 levels. Equipped with quiet ceiling fans, top of the range Daikin air-conditioning, USB ports and fast fibre-optic WIFI access in all bedrooms. 100% cotton sheets and a selection of pillow types, plentiful towels for both house and beach. The house benefits from 3 front and back terraces for relaxing and eating at different times of day. The spacious master balcony looks out to the communal gardens and pools, while gorgeous sunsets can be seen from the top floor patio. A great place to exercise and practice yoga! There are outdoor showers on the top patio (solar heated) and back patio. It has a fully fitted modern kitchen with Siemens electric oven, induction hob, large Samsung fridge-freezer, toaster and temperature adjustable kettle, large sink with Grohe water filter & mixer-tap, new Bosch dishwasher, lots of crockery, cutlery cups and glasses and is great for cooking in. A modern bathroom with waterfall shower, modern lighting throughout and a downstairs toilet both with toilet douches. Brand new leather sofa with electric recliners and smart TV, a selection of board games and children's games available and beach equipment. Top of the range Samsung washing machine and AEG tumble dryer with fast drying racks outside. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins drive (Carrefour Express) and four more 10 minutes away. The excellent El Bosque Animado restaurant is just 15 minutes walk away along country roads with multiple eating areas, live music, flamenco night, large children's play area with bouncy castle, ball-pit and football. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house. Front door key in in a keysafe on the outside wall behind the metal door with more sets inside. You have direct access to the large, community pool with adjacent small children's pool just a few steps from the back gate, which you often have all to yourselves. The surrounding gardens and paths are lovely and have several benches and grass to relax on. The gardens are completely enclosed by the surrounding houses so very safe. There are 3 lovely quiet patios for relaxing and eating depending on the time of day. Sunsets from the top patio are stunning. A 10 minute walk along a lovely wooden walkway through fragrant pine forest, leads you to one of the quietest, cleanest and most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. Other things to note The area is just outside of town on the edge of the countryside so is lovely and quiet but close to all amenities. This is a family home which we rent out during the summer, so it has lots of extras such as herbs and spices in the cupboard, fresh herbs in the plant pots on the patio and outside the back gate - feel free to use, plentiful kitchen ware, plentiful towels and modern equipment not seen in other similar properties.
