The front door key is in a keysafe on the outside wall behind the metal door, with extra sets inside. You have direct access to the large communal pool and adjacent children’s pool, just steps from the back gate—often completely private for guests. The surrounding gardens and paths are peaceful, with benches and grassy areas to relax. The gardens are fully enclosed by surrounding houses, making them very safe. The house also has 3 lovely patios for relaxing or dining at different times of day. The top patio offers stunning sunsets. A 10-minute walk along a beautiful wooden walkway through fragrant pine forest leads to one of the quietest, cleanest, and most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. Other things to note The area is just outside of town on the edge of the countryside so is lovely and quiet but close to all amenities. This is a family home which we rent out during the summer, so it has lots of extras such as herbs and spices in the cupboard, fresh herbs in the plant pots on the patio and outside the back gate - feel free to use, plentiful kitchen ware, plentiful towels and modern equipment not seen in other similar properties.
