The space Welcome to Your Cozy Top-Floor Retreat Enjoy the entire 3rd floor all to yourself — a bright, private space that’s been freshly renovated for comfort and style. With its charming Victorian rooflines, the suite feels both unique and homey, giving you the best mix of old character and modern comfort. ✨ What you’ll love: A private en-suite bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels — no need to pack the extras. A fully equipped shared kitchen, perfect for cooking meals or just enjoying your morning coffee. A 50-inch smart TV with free Netflix, ideal for unwinding after a busy day. A comfy queen bed for couples or solo travelers. If you’re a group of 3–4, we’ll set up the sofa bed for you too. This space works well whether you’re here for a quick weekend, a work trip, or a longer stay. Everything is set up to make you feel at home — private, convenient, and stress-free. Come in, kick back, and enjoy your own little hideaway in the heart of the city. Guest access As our guest, you’ll have full access to your private top-floor suite, ensuring you have a space all to yourself. Feel free to make use of the fully-equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining area, and all common spaces within the house. The backyard and outdoor seating areas are also open for you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Please note, the entrance to the house is shared, but your suite on the 3rd floor is exclusively yours, accessible through the main stairs. We strive to provide both privacy and comfort, making your stay as seamless as possible. During your stay We’re here to make your stay as comfortable as possible! While we respect your privacy and give you space, we are always available if you need any assistance, tips on the local area, or just want to chat. You can easily reach us by phone, text, or Airbnb messaging. Feel free to ask us about our favorite local spots for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. We love sharing our knowledge of the area and are here to help you make the most of your visit! Other things to note 🏡 House Rules We want you to feel at home and have a comfortable stay! Here are a few friendly reminders: ✨ Before Check-Out • Please keep things generally tidy. • Wash any dirty dishes and hang towels in the bathroom. • If the unit is left very messy, an extra cleaning fee may apply. 🚭 Smoking • Smoking is only allowed outside. • If smoking (including marijuana) is detected inside, a $350 professional cleaning fee will be charged. 🚽 Bathroom • Our plumbing is old and a bit sensitive. A small amount of toilet paper can be flushed, but please do not flush anything else (wipes, paper towels, trash, or large amounts of toilet paper). • A covered bin is provided for all other waste. • Please do not open the bathroom window beside the toilet or touch the lock — it’s very difficult to close once opened and can be easily damaged. Thank you for your cooperation! 👩‍🍳 Cooking • When cooking, please turn on the fan and close the kitchen door to help keep the space fresh for everyone. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out • Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. • Early check-in or late check-out (if requested in advance) is $10/hour. • Unapproved/day-of late check-outs are $20/hour, as our cleaning schedule is tight. 💡 We truly want your stay to be enjoyable and memorable.
