Bedroom with king-size bed, dresser and sitting area, walk-in closet for storage. Bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious vanity. Both from the living room through the sliding door and through the bedroom, the spacious terrace with seating area can be entered. Beautiful sea views, the swimming pool with garden and the golf course. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. In the walk-in closet, there is an extra space for the owners, which is not accessible to guests. Other things to note The costs for using electricity and water will be charged based on actual own consumption. This will be settled by our host with the deposit, at check-out. The most recent prices: electricity: 0.60 XCG (about 29 euro cents) per kWh, water 15 XCG (7.20 euros) per m3. Most guests use about 9 euros a day on water and electricity. Intermediate cleaning/replacing bed linen is of course possible, inform you about the costs. The apartment has 1 extra bed, which can be placed in both the bedroom and living room. The bed is foldable, so it does not get in the way during the day. Please indicate when booking if this is desired.
