Welcome to your own apartment on the second floor of this spacious house in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in a beautiful 1920s house with proximity to Österlen's entire range of beaches, attractions, galleries, restaurants and much more. The bus between Ystad and Simrishamn stops in the block next door and in the village there is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, ATM, etc. The accommodation has three rooms for up to five guests, a well-equipped kitchen (new kitchenette) with exit to balcony (sun most of the day - south/west). The space The accommodation is an apartment on the second floor. You have your own entrance with a large entrance hall with stairs leading up to the rooms. One guest room with sofa bed (2x80 cm) is just to the right of the stairs. Straight ahead, you can enter the living room with sofa bed (120 cm wide), TV, etc. Kitchen with kitchenette (induction stove 1 plate) that has a door out to the balcony with outdoor furniture. Bedroom with two beds (2x90 cm). Bathroom with slightly older standard (toilet, new vanity unit and shower) and washing machine. A small storage room is also available where, among other things, a small collapsible bathtub, sink, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and bucket with floor mop are stored. Other things to note The host has a cat. Sheets and towels are available for rent - SEK 200/set (cash payment). Access to electric car charging can be arranged by agreement. Kettle grill on site. Note that there are stairs (no handrail) up to the entrance door and stairs up to the accommodation (with handrail). A collapsible travel bed for children is available.
