Modern and cosy apartment close to the city center

This is the perfect place to stay when you are visiting Trondheim, no matter the occasion! Situated in a quiet and scenic area, but with only a short walk to the city center and with the bus leaving just outside, it's both practical and attractive. The space Bright and modern apartment in beautiful surroundings, with walking distance to city center. The apartment has two bedrooms with bed space for four people. You will have the apartment for your self in the period you rent it and all you need of bed linen, kitchen equipment etc will be available. (My personal belongings will be left in the apartment, but I will make room so that you can place some of your things in drawers etc). The apartment is close to the sea and the nature. It lies in an area with several nice parks which are ideal for picnic, relaxing or playing. There are facilities for swimming, fishing, playing sand volleyball and football right outside the door. There is also a private balcony where you can have your breakfast or relax after a long day of sightseeing. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the city center and the area is safe and pretty. There is also a bus stop right outside where you can take the bus to and from the city center. 5 minutes away you can also find the tram which you can take in to the city center or up to a lake which is a good place to start a hike or just relax. There are also two grocery stores just next to the apartment. There is payed parking on the street outside of the apartment (see the 'getting around' section). Private parking can sometimes be arranged for a small fee, but this must be agreed on well before your arrival. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room and a small balcony (furnished in the summer). There is a dishwasher and a washing machine that the guests can use. Other things to note No parties allowed. Be aware that this is my home, not a rental propery, my personal belongings are there. Please be careful and respect my private things and my neighbours.
