This fully-equipped studio has many amenities including washer/dryer, mini split for immediate heat & A/C, 50” smart TV, full kitchenette, and high-speed internet. One small-medium pet welcome. Less than 5 min to La Mesa Village & 15-20 min to downtown San Diego & beaches. The space The guesthouse is a fully detached unit with a separate driveway/dedicated parking, and private, two-level outdoor patio with fire pit, dining table, gas grill, and TV. It is located on a large property behind the main house and is completely separated by wooden fencing, with the entrance on the opposite side of the main house, providing ample privacy. Guest access Guests have private access to the guesthouse and outdoor patio. Other things to note We welcome one small-medium pet per booking. The pet fee is included in your nightly rate when you book and covers additional cleaning necessary to maintain our home. Any additional damage above normal wear & tear (i.e., carpet stains, furniture damage) will need to be covered by guests. ***While the backyard is fully fenced, the home is located in a natural environment that includes wildlife such as coyotes. It is advised that all pets are supervised outdoors and brought inside overnight.***
