This is a stunning ocean view villa where you can enjoy a private sauna, just a 30-second walk from the sea. You can stay as if you were living on Awaji Island, with 2 bedrooms, a large terrace where you can enjoy BBQ, a private sauna for up to 4 people, a water bath, a living and dining room with modern interiors, and the latest appliances, furniture, and kitchen. Have a barbecue with your friends on the terrace where you can feel the sea breeze, or take a walk along the sea and talk with a drink in your hand. You can also go to the sauna in the morning. You can stay with one small dog. Spending time with your dog should be an unforgettable memory. Have a special holiday in the great outdoors. The space There are 2 bedrooms. Maximum capacity is 6 people. Infants (0-1 years old) are eligible for bed sharing and are free of charge. ■ Bedrooms Room 1: 2-4 people Double bed (140 cm x 195 cm): 2 Room 2: 2 people Semi-double bed (120cm x 195cm): 2 ■ Floor plan 1st floor: Entrance, sauna, water bath, bedroom, toilet 2nd floor: Living and dining room, kitchen, balcony, toilet, washroom, bathroom ■ Regarding pets - You can stay with up to 1 small dog (5 kg). Please note that we cannot accommodate medium-sized dogs or more, or two small dogs or more. - There is a small dog run surrounded by a fence - Toilet seat, deodorant spray, gauge, dog bed available ■ Sauna & Water Bath It is a barrel sauna that can accommodate up to 4 people. Feel free to use it during your stay. ■ Kitchen 3 burner IH stove, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, iron plate, electric kettle, cookware set, dishes, cutlery, seasonings (salt, black pepper, salt and pepper) ■ BBQ You can use Weber's BBQ stove (Weber Spirit E315), the No. 1 share in the United States. Enjoy an authentic barbecue on the terrace. * If you bring your own food, we will charge an additional 3,500 yen. * If you order food as an option, you can use the BBQ stove for free. (We will inform you about the food options in a message after booking.) ■ Parking You can park 2 cars on the premises. ■ Basic Information Check-in: 3 pm - 8 pm Check out: by 10 am We will send you a message 2-3 days before check-in to let you know how to enter the room. Guest access There are 2 accommodation buildings on the premises. Please be careful not to enter the other accommodation building. Other things to note ■ Regarding pets - Please wipe your feet when you enter the room. - Please use the dog bed in the bedroom. - No entry to the bathroom. - In the unlikely event that there is an excrement on the bedding, we will charge 30,000 yen as a special cleaning fee. ■ Visitors other than guests Only guests are allowed to enter the facility. Please be sure to contact us in advance if the number of guests changes. ■ How to spend the night Please be quiet indoors after 10 pm.　(Use of fireworks is until 9 pm.) In the unlikely event of a complaint from a neighbor or the police being dispatched due to noise at night, we will ask you to pay a 30,000 yen nuisance fee and leave immediately. Please observe the manners during your stay. ■ Smoking Absolutely no smoking inside, including e-cigarettes. Please smoke on the balcony. If we find out that you have smoked or discarded cigarette butts in the building, we will charge you a fine of 30,000 yen.
