This is a convertible couch that makes a single bed in my office. It is the size of an XLT. Best for short stays. The 1.5 baths are shared among all guests and there is kitchen access as well. This room is generally available during busy weekends. The space 1) (especially light sleepers) The house is located across the street from a level one trauma center that operates a helipad and a busy emergency room. As a result, there may be noise from helicopters and ambulances at all hours, as well as bus noise from 7 am to midnight. 2) if stairs are difficult for you Aunties Rest will not be the best fit. The flight to the second floor is a bit steep. 3) For drivers, at this time there is limited free on street parking on the west side of the house. 4) This is a allergen minimal household we try to keep animals, dust, smoke, perfumes and scents to a minimum in common areas. This property is 100% non-smoking. and Substance free. This includes the grounds.
