The King bedroom is separated from our neighboring 3-bedroom suite by a double-locked privacy door. While you have 100% private access to your unit, guests should be aware that sound can occasionally carry between the two spaces. We’ve found that as long as everyone follows our house quiet hours (10 PM – 7AM), this doesn’t impact the guest experience! - Bedrooms: 1 King & 2 Full bed Bunk with Premium Linens - Kitchen: Fully-equipped Kitchenette with Cooktop - Parking: 1 Private Parking Spot The space Located in the REAR of the property, the apartment has its own private entrance. It is accessible with a custom keypad code given to guests prior to their check-in. Guests are given access to ONE free on-site private parking spot in the driveway. Any additional cars will have access to free available street parking. Guest access Guests have access to the washer and dryer, located outside on the second floor of the property. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No 3rd Party Bookings Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet between 11 PM and 7 AM. No Events: Hosting parties or events is not allowed. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No Pets: Pets are not permitted. Parking: Only one parking spot is available for guests. Turn Off A/C: Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the home. Respect Check-in/Check-out Times: Adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified in your booking. No Unauthorized Guests: Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay. Keep Common Areas Clean: Clean up after yourself in shared spaces. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of trash properly and follow recycling guidelines. Report Damages: Inform the host immediately of any damages or issues. Lock Doors and Windows: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Use Amenities Responsibly: Use the property’s amenities responsibly and clean up after use.
