he T7 Terrace Double features a private terrace with direct views over the palm-fringed garden. The attic character, soft green interior and botanical wallpaper create an atmosphere guests return for. Private bathroom, air conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi included. The shared kitchen with espresso machine is available to all guests. Lake Balaton is just a few minutes' walk away. The space The apartment has 10 rooms, all with WiFi, TV, private bathroom and air conditioning. There is a shared kitchen with cooking facilities and barbecue facilities in the courtyard. Guest access Guests have access to all services in the apartment (shared kitchen, courtyard, grill, parking) Other things to note House Rules According to the law, inspected accommodation establishments are obliged to enter the personal data of guests and the duration of their stay into the national database. Due to the mandatory national data provision, all guests must present a copy/photo of their passport/ID card, a valid address and an email address. We also provide our guests with the opportunity to complete the registration online, in compliance with the GDPR rules. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area. Please note that if someone smokes in the apartment, the guest will be charged a fine of 100 euros and the cost of ozone air disinfection. Please always close the apartment door when you are in the city and do not leave the windows open. Please note that arrival and check-in are possible between 14:00 and 18:00. Please take care of the apartment, the equipment and furniture! You are responsible for any damage. Please save energy: turn off the lights and air conditioning and turn off the heating when you leave. Please also take care of the keys, they are expensive and difficult to copy. Please note that if you lose the keys, the replacement cost is €100/set, which must be paid in full. No other guests are allowed in the apartment apart from the registered persons.
