Welcome to the Barn Loft on our hobby farm, where you can step away from the bustle of the city. The Barn Loft is conveniently located between the two largest metropolitan areas in southern Illinois. It is 10 minutes from Walker's Bluff Casino, 18 minutes from SIUC, and 30 minutes from local wineries. This secure location is private and gated, and the Barn Loft has its own private entrance. There is parking available for 1-2 vehicles in a controlled climate beneath the Loft. The space One bedroom with queen bed. One queen-sized hide-a-bed in living room. One twin air mattress (in bedroom closet). Full bathroom with shower in Loft. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo in laundry room on lower level, attached to parking garage. Full kitchen with appliances and amenities. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Guest access The entire Loft is yours! The laundry room with bathroom is also yours. Homeowners may need access to garage parking area in the barn.
