Rustic retreat in the wine region - your cozy retreat Welcome to our charming apartment, ideal for relaxing breaks! Enjoy cozy evenings in front of the fireplace or in the "home theater." The rustic atmosphere and the picturesque wine region create a unique experience. A special feature of our newly renovated apartment is the small Frankfurt bathroom (shower height = 2.10 m). Relax and enjoy your stay! The space Especially in the cold season, we would like to point out the following: In this apartment, two modern air conditioning split devices ensure a pleasant room climate – one in the living room and one in the bedroom. These run automatically to ensure a comfortable basic temperature at all times. In the kitchen, the heat supply is supplemented by an electric heater during the day. If you want to adjust the room temperature, you can easily do this via the remote controls provided for the air conditioning split devices – whether you like it warmer or cooler. If the operation of the air conditioning split device in the bedroom is too noisy, please feel free to turn it off. In this case, the heat supply is taken over by the electric heating. If you would like to heat up the apartment within a very short time, we recommend turning on the fireplace – so you can quickly create a pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere. A unique feature of our apartment: We provide the firewood for the fireplace free of charge and cordially invite you to use it as a cozy source of warmth. It creates a particularly welcoming atmosphere and provides cozy warmth! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or issues. Other things to note Information about the guest fee The city of Bad Sobernheim charges a guest fee to finance spa and recreation facilities. The guest fee is (as of 08/01/2026) -> €2.00 per adult per night -> €1.00 per child from 6 to 16 years per night. ! Children under 6 years of age, business travelers and stays of less than 16 hours are exempt from the guest fee! In return, as a guest, you will receive (on site) a guest card with which you can use various discounts, currently reduced admission to the Barefoot Path, the Open-Air Museum and city tours. Please note that the guest fee is not included in the nightly rate. After you book, you will receive the payment information; the fee must be transferred separately to the account specified in the guest folder. Many thanks for your understanding. Hot tub information!!!: Please note that due to the high operating costs, the hot tub is unfortunately only available for a daily usage price of: first day = €40, all other days = €20. The fee is independent of the number of guests. The standard temperature of the hot tub is set to 38 degrees. If you would like a higher (up to 40 degrees) or lower temperature, please let us know – we will be happy to arrange this for you. The path to the hot tub leads through our basement - we have signposted the path from the basement entrance door - and a little bit through the garden. Therefore, we recommend bringing your own slippers. !Attention: risk of sliding, take care! (* The standard access through the basement has been deliberately chosen by us to give you a protected path away from the neighboring houses and with a short path through the garden; however, if you prefer another way, feel free to contact us) Bathrobes are provided by us. If you need more towels, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you would like to use the hot tub, please let us know at least two days in advance (from when to when) so that we can prepare everything for you.
