Note: - Basement of home is rented long term to a professional adult. Quiet and very friendly. He has no access to upstairs and vice versa. Basement entrance is totally private and is through side gate of the house. Guest access Entire main level & upstairs unit. Front door entrance is located on the left of 2 car garage. The door of the home faces the south direction & backing up wide expansive open space. You might capture some wildlife :) Parking is on the driveway and 2 car garage is also provided. Other things to note No Smoking of any kind - (inside and on patio $500 fine if found smoking) Since this property is also ideal for long term stays, removal of snow from walkway and driveway is Guests responsibility (Shovel is provided).
