A vacation apartment in a quiet location to relax and unwind. Also ideal for families or those who want to enjoy their vacation. The space The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Rostock. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room with a dining area. The master bedroom has a double bed, a desk and TV, as well as a wardrobe. The small bedroom has 2 single beds and also has a wardrobe. All beds will be made for your arrival, and you do not need to bring any bed linen. The spacious bathroom, which has a toilet and a vanity unit with a large mirror, also has a bathtub and a separate shower. A hair dryer and washer-dryer are also included. Towels are provided by us. 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 face towel per guest. So you don't have to bring anything. The living, dining and kitchen area has a cozy sofa where you can unwind in the evening with a glass of red wine or a good movie on TV. The dining area can accommodate 4 people. In the kitchen, you will find a large side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker. There is an induction stovetop, a separate, elevated built-in oven, and a microwave. A toaster, coffee maker and kettle are also provided. On the terrace, there is a gazebo and garden furniture for sitting outside when the weather is nice. Additionally, there is a shared barbecue between the terraces of both apartments. It can be used by both apartments. On the property, in front of the house entrance, there is a playground for the children with a swing, slide and climbing wall. The apartment accordingly has a parking space for 1 vehicle. Other vehicles can be parked nearby. We would like to inform you in advance that a vacation in an apartment always means self-catering. For all consumables, such as dishwasher tabs or toilet paper, you will receive a basic supply for the first 3 nights. If you need more than that, you should bring it with you or get it at the nearest store. The travel sizes available in drugstores are a very smart option. If you'd like to do something, you'll always find great places to visit in and around Rostock. These include: Rostock Zoo and its Darwineum are only 5 minutes away by car. If you are a good walker, you can reach the zoo in about 30 minutes and enjoy a great walking path through the shady forest. The beautiful Warnemünde, which invites you to stroll, can be easily reached by car in 15 minutes. Doberan and thus the historic Molli narrow-gauge railway are about 20 minutes away by car. From there, you can take the Bäderbahn train from Doberan to Kühlungsborn and back again in complete comfort. And a trip to Karl's Erlebnisdorf amusement park in Rövershagen is also a must. By car, you can reach your destination in 30 minutes. The center of Rostock is about 15 minutes away by car. If you would prefer to discover and reach all of this and everything else Rostock has to offer without a car, there is a free Park and Ride parking lot 4 minutes away by car, where you can easily use public transportation. Alternatively, Groß Schwaß train station is a 15-minute walk away, from which you can take the regional train to Rostock Central Station. From there, you can then reach your other excursion destinations by public transport. Guest access The apartment, including the terrace and the adjoining lawn, is available for use. The playground in front of the house can also be used. Other things to note The apartment, the parking space and the path to the building entrance itself are accessible.
