A vacation apartment in a quiet location to relax and unwind. Also ideal for families or those who want to enjoy their vacation. The space The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Rostock. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a combined kitchen-living room with a dining area. The large bedroom has a double bed, a desk and TV, as well as a wardrobe. The small bedroom has 2 single beds and also has a closet. In the spacious bathroom, which has a toilet and a washbasin with a large mirror, there is also a bathtub and a separate shower. Towels are provided by us. 1x shower towel, 1x hand towel, 1x face towel per guest. The living, dining and cooking area has a cozy sofa from which you can end the evening with a glass of red wine or a nice movie on TV. The dining area sleeps 4 persons. In the kitchen you will find a large side-by-side refrigerator with an ice cube maker. An induction stovetop, a separate, elevated built-in oven and a microwave. Toaster, coffee machine and kettle are also on board. On the terrace there is a pavilion and garden furniture for sitting outside in nice weather. The property has a playground with swing, slide and climbing wall for the children in front of the house entrance. Accordingly, the apartment has a parking space for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles can be parked nearby. If you'd like to do something, you'll always find great excursion destinations in and around Rostock. Among other things: Rostock Zoo and its Darwineum are only 5 minutes away by car. If you are a good walker, you can reach the zoo in about 30 minutes and have a great hiking trail through the shady forest. The beautiful Warnemünde, which is inviting for strolling, can be easily reached by car in 15 minutes. Doberan, and thus the historic Molli narrow-gauge railway, is about 20 minutes away by car. From there, you can take the Bäderbahn from Doberan to Kühlungsborn and back again in comfort. And a trip to Karl's Adventure Village in Rövershagen is also a must. You can reach your destination in 30 minutes by car. The center of Rostock is about 15 minutes by car. If you prefer to discover and reach all this and everything else Rostock has to offer without a car, a free Park and Ride parking lot is available 4 minutes away by car, where you can conveniently use public transportation. Alternatively, the Groß Schwaß train station is a 15-minute walk away, from which you can take the regional train to Rostock Central Station. From there you can then reach your other excursion destinations by public transport. Guest access The apartment, including the terrace and the adjoining lawn, is available for use. The playground in front of the house can also be used. Other things to note The apartment, parking and the path to the building entrance itself are barrier-free. There is a step in front of the front door and also a step plus frame at the patio door.
