The space In a separate building on our 10 acre property we have converted 1,200 SF of space into a guest house. This was done 2 years ago so everything is new and up to date. It is a warm and cozy space that is bright and happy. We have horses and chickens and dogs and a cat and we love animals - we have a hand carved carousel seahorse and a giraffe in the living area of our carriage house to keep you company in our unique carriage house. Full bath and shower, a dining area and work station area. All the little conveniences you would find at a high end hotel will be found here. Your kitchen and bath has all the little things you would expect. Come, stay for a while. relax and enjoy a unique place in the heart of Florida, that is bursting with horses , wildlife and springs that will capture your heart. Guest access There are acres of property accessible to tenants. Our horse farm has numerous paddocks and separated spaces for guests. The carriage house is free standing and offers you all the privacy you need. Plenty of parking too. Even space for a horse trailer if needed. Other things to note We are so close to so much!!!! Gainesville - a scenic 40 minutes drive through picturesque farms. University of Florida offers so many activities and events. World Equestrian Center offers so much for the equestrian. However the facility offers more than that!! Events are happening all the time from Octoberfest to Christmas Lights. There’s so much. Silver Springs and Glass Bottom boats, paddle boarding and more. The Springs- we have Crystal springs Within the Ocala National Forest and beyond. Visit the springs you won’t regret it. Devils Den offers a chance to dive Into the fresh water of a cave. Experience is incredible! Visit the Manatees Florida Horse Park - polo, horse shows and trail riding Hits Horse Shows Grand oaks Resort Canyon Zip Line and trail riding. Hiking at all our parks. Trail riding at the Parks. Rainbow Springs - rent a tube and float down the river!! Or grab a meal overlooking the river in adorable Dunnellon. Orlando and Tampa are a little over an hour away. Enjoy all the theme parks there. Daytona Beach is a little over an hour. The beaches are gorgeous and usually quite empty too.
