Don't forget to check the Lodge Calendar of Events during your stay! ⛵ LAKE ADVENTURES & THE RENTAL SHACK The beautiful Arrowhead Lake (235 acres) and North Arrowhead Lake (86 acres) are the centerpieces of our community's year-round recreation. The Rental Shack: Open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM (Last rental at 3:30 PM) starting Memorial Day weekend. Rent canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, adult/youth bicycles, and sports equipment for 2-hour stretches. Driver's license, membership ID, and signed waiver required. Life jackets and helmets are provided for safety! Fishing: The lakes are heavily stocked with bass, crappie, sunfish, perch, trout, walleye, and pickerel. Anglers ages 16 and older must have a valid Pennsylvania fishing license, which can be conveniently purchased right at the Welcome Center. All PA Fish & Boat Commission rules apply. 🗑️ ECO-FRIENDLY COMMUNITY: TRASH & RECYCLING No Curbside Pick-up: To keep our community clean and protect local wildlife, there is no trash pickup at the house. All household garbage and recycling must be separated and brought directly to the Trash & Recycling Center located behind the Welcome Center at the Main Gate (Gate card required for entry). Hours: Open Daily from 8 AM – 10 PM. (Staffed 8 AM – 2 PM and 2:30 PM – 6 PM). Please note: Disposing of household trash anywhere else—including community park bins or private neighbor dumpsters—is strictly prohibited. Guest access GUESTS HAVE FULL, PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE HOME. High-speed Wi-Fi is fully included for those who need to "work from the mountains" or stream their favorite shows. ENTRY: The home is equipped with a secure smart lock, allowing for smooth, seamless keyless entry upon arrival. PARKING: A private driveway provides ample space for up to 5 vehicles. COMMUNITY LOGISTICS: Please note that while you have full access to the house, gate access to the community roads and its pristine amenities requires the registration gate cards mentioned at the top of our listing. Other things to note 🏡 ARROWHEAD LAKE REGISTRATION DETAILS & FEES: To access the community's pristine lakes, 4 beaches, 3 heated outdoor pools, playgrounds, and the community lodge/fitness center, the Arrowhead Lake Association requires all short-term rental groups to pay mandatory registration and amenity fees. These are completely separate from your Airbnb booking rate. Mandatory Community Fees: Amenity Badges: $8.50 per person, per night (Required for all guests ages 6 and older). Vehicle Gate Access Card: $20 per vehicle. HOA Administrative Registration Fee: $20 per stay. How Registration Works: Once your booking is confirmed, we will reach out via Airbnb messaging to collect your driver & vehicle details (make, model, color, and license plate number) and accompanying guest names. We will submit the official registration and pay the community fees directly to the Arrowhead Lake HOA on your behalf. The community will then email you (and us) your FastAccess QR code gate passes and amenity access passes before your arrival. ⚠️ IMPORTANT COMMUNITY POLICY: Arrowhead Lake requires this registration to be fully completed and paid at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. If submitted later, the community charges a mandatory $100 late registration fee, so please send us your vehicle and guest details as soon as you book!
