We restored the interior of this old 140 m² house. It is located 15 km from Lyon city center, in the Lyon mountains. Our terrace boasts stunning views of Lyon and the Alps. The village of Pollionnay is renowned for its network of mountain biking trails and provides access to many hiking trails. Lyonnais public transport is less than 2.5 km away, all shops nearby. Our chickens will give you eggs and our cat will visit you. The space Our house consists of a kitchen open to the dining room, a living room area, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed), 2 toilets, 1 bathroom and an office area. The terrace and pool are sheltered from noise and open to a field with a beautiful view of Lyon. You will find two parking spaces in front of the house. The heart of the village is 800 meters away (with bakery, grocery store, bar, restaurant...). A 2-minute walk away, you will find a children's playground, with soccer field, basketball court, petanque court, children's games, pumptrack, apparatus and picnic tables.
