Our beautiful 90 m² apartment, fully air-conditioned is ideal for gatherings with friends and family. When you leave the building, you will be directly on the Old Port of Marseille and will immediately enjoy the sunny atmosphere of the mythical Cours Estienne d'Orves. 2 minutes from the metro and buses to access the whole city easily. You will undoubtedly enjoy resting there, playing the Marseille night owls and discovering the small gourmet addresses nearby. The space This apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access in a historic and typically Marseille building. You will find in it and at your disposal, all the little things that you do not want to buy for only a few days - Coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, laundry, etc. Clean linens and towels are prepared and available upon arrival for your convenience. The open living room enjoys beautiful light due to its east-facing orientation and offers a warm space conducive to moments of sharing. Lean out the window and admire the beauty of the Old Port of Marseille and Cours Estienne d'Orves. There is a smart TV and a plush sofa. The open kitchen is fully equipped and enjoys the sun all day long. It is ideal for cooking good dishes in good company while spreading out and being at ease. The dining room has a beautiful large table to share wonderful moments (10 people). Two pretty bedrooms facing a quiet street will allow you to rest and not be bothered by the Marseille Night Life that is in full swing on the Cours d'Estienne-d'Orves. The first can accommodate two adults in a large double bed and two children in pull-out beds. The second will accommodate two people in a comfortable double bed. The walk-in shower and toilet area will delight you after a hot day discovering the wonders of the Phocean city. You will find locally produced body wash and shampoo (Marseille soap). The apartment is located in a secure building and is only accessible by badge. Guest access The entire property is at your disposal during your stay.
