Cozy ground floor apartment with own entrance in a single detached family home, in a safe, quiet neighborhood, 4 min walk to tram / bus stop Reinach Dorf. The bedroom with large wardrobe has a queen bed (155cm) and connects to the bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out sofa (150cm wide) which sleeps 1-2, a 55" UHD TV, a table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with glass ceramic stove, oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. Children don't pay extra guest fee Guest access You have your own separate entrance and key to your ground floor apartment. Other things to note NOTE: We ask for an extra guest fee of CHF 25.- per night and person for more than 2 adults. Children (under 18y) don't pay the extra guest fee. If you want to book the apartment your Airbnb profile must have a profile picture clearly showing your face. Please help us keep the apartment clean - take off your street shoes, and clean up after cooking or eating. The private bathroom is only accessible through your bedroom; guests sleeping on the pull-out sofa in the living room will have to go through the bedroom.
