The Corquets apartment

Our apartment is ideal for a family with two children or 3 adults. It is composed of a master bedroom, a baby room and a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Batignolles/Lévis district in the 17th arrondissement. You will be a stone's throw from the shops of the pedestrian street of Lévis; and less than 5 minutes from metro lines 2, 3 and 14 as well as Transilien lines J and L. The space Enjoy our apartment, renovated in 2021 and ideally located in the lively neighborhood of Batignolles/Lévis, on a quiet street day and night. We love the many shops nearby and will be happy to share our tips with you! ------- Living room ------ The living room is fully equipped for your comfort: - a leisure area with a large TV and access to most of your Amazon, Netflix, Disney series and movies... We also leave at your disposal a Playstation 4 and a Switch. - an ideal turntable for a romantic evening - A large sofa, coffee tables and an ottoman to have an aperitif after a good day of walking in Paris. The sofa is convertible and can accommodate 2 adults. However, we do not recommend sleeping there for 2, part of the sofa is very comfortable but the second half is too hard and can only be suitable for a child. ------- Kitchen ------ The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room with the necessary equipment to enjoy a good breakfast or a meal. Note: - a semi-automatic coffee machine with percolator to rediscover the taste of a good espresso or even a ristretto dear to our Italian friends. - a SodaStream for sparkling water at will and without waste. - an ice cream maker with recipe books to improvise the best ice cream maker on the street. The competition will be tough because the Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) Gérard Taurin is only 100 m from the apartment (a must if you like ice cream!). ------- Master bedroom ------ a comfortable 160 x 200 bed in a quiet room with a dressing room to store your belongings and suitcase. ------- Children's Room ------ The room is fully equipped to accommodate a baby. If your child is too big to sleep in a crib, please let us know, we will replace the crib with a mattress on the floor. ------- Bathroom ------ The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, always pleasant to relax in, and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
