Large double room

A spacious front room with a large double bed in a semi detached house on the edge of Hereford on the road to Hay on Wye, Brecon and Mid Wales. Off road parking for a small car or kerbside for a large one. It is on the main road but a quiet house and a mile into the centre of the city. I am a designer, silversmith and artist working from home. There is a sunny, when the sun is shining, garden at the back between the house and the tennis courts behind. The space I work as a designer on the ground floor with a basement workshop. There is good wifi with super fast broadband. The kitchen you will share with me will have some empty cupboards for storage if you require them. There is a washing machine but no drier I'm afraid, but there is a laundrette close by. A small fridge for your own use. There is a local Co-op and a very good butchers across the road who sells a range of home made pies. Guest access Access to the kitchen is through the 'dining room', in fact my studio and access from there to the garden. The guest room is spacious and comfortable and is along the corridor from the bathroom. Thermostatic control of the central heating is on the wall of the entrance hall so that you can adjust the heating to suit yourselves. The front door is up a flight of steps. During your stay You can contact me by phone or text at any time but because I work at home I will geneally be on hand if you have any queries when you are here. Because I work at home I enjoy having visitors. If at the time, or in advance, you want local information I will do my best to supply it.
